Copy of The Alchemy of Colour: Dynamic, Interactive Colour and Emotion

This experiential workshop invites participants to explore colour-change paints within a psychodynamic art therapy setting. As the paints shift with touch and temperature, participants witness transformation as a metaphor for emotional experience, opening dialogue between inner and outer experience. The session includes access to Christa’s ChromaCalm web app, a digital tool for working intentionally with colour to map and reflect on emotional states.
