The Circle of Trees practice

Bringing you a taste of The Circle of Trees practice we delve into experiencing a deeper connection to nature and to tree wisdom. The session works with the Celtic tree cycle to explore creativity and nature connection for self development. This month we work with the Hazel tree through composition, painting, song and writing.

The journey through the year to meet the months tree is beautiful and spiritual work and the learning that arises with nature as container can be powerful.
