Our Winter Hub will be held at the Highwoods Community Centre, CO4 9SR. 9.30am - 11.30am. There will be parking available on site.

Our Winter Hubs are back for 2025 to offer our patients and the wider communities an opportunity to meet with various local organisations who can offer support for FREE and signpost further by request or need of the patient. We will have various members of the team from our surgeries along with FREE tea, coffee and biscuits! Our blood pressure machine will be there for FREE use with support from the Health Coach team also. We look forward to seeing and speaking with you.

What services can you expect to see at our Winter Hub?

North East Essex MIND, The Council Financial and Wellbeing Team, The SOS Bus, a team from the local Police service plus more agencies and organisations. We will have staff from our surgeires such as Health & Well Being Coach's, Social Prescriber's, Care Coordinator's, Pharmacist's and Mental Health Practitioner's. This is not to be missed!
