About this event

Who should attend?

Copyright will arise wherever content is being commissioned. To protect rights and maximise investment, organisations need to use contractual agreements which include clauses in which copyright ownership and use are clarified. In this course, you will learn about simple, practical tools and frameworks to help you when commissioning others, including artists, photographers, film makers, musicians, designers, or writers.

This intermediate course is aimed at participants whose responsibilities include commissioning parties to create work in which copyright will arise. Participants should already have a basic understanding of copyright.
