What is CoraQuest?

CoraQuest, a dungeon-crawling co-operative family board game for one to four players that I (Dan) created alongside my 8 year old daughter Cora as a lockdown homeschooling project.

Initially it started off as just a bit of fun, however with the help of the community that has grown up around it the game has snowballed to the point that we are so pleased with what we've made that we want to share it with other people too.

What is this event?

We are running a series of demo's/playtesting sessions on the run up to our kickstarter launch in February. This is so we can show people the game and iron out any last minute kinks in it. We have space for up to 4 people per session.

I (Dan) will be hosting and will teach the game and either play or just observe and support depending on the number of players. Cora will join in some games too, but this will be of her own choosing and I am not really able to predict when this will be.

The physical game takes between 45-60 minutes, but playing online usually adds 30 minutes to the length of these things, plus about 10-15 minutes for me to explain the rules.

Please note that the times are listed in GMT (London time) and s please take your time zone into account when booking them.

Can my kids play?

Yes, although an adult needs to be playing or present with them to help them out. Each person doesn't need their own computer as you can share one. Please order as many tickets as you will have players playing

What if all the slots are full up?

Can I sign up to more than one session?

Yes, however I may ask you to step aside if there is more demand for demos than I anticipated.

What will I need?

• A computer connected to the internet with an internet browser (We will be using Tabletopia.com to play the game)
• To join the CoraQuest discord server so we can talk to each other
• A microphone attached to your computer and either headphones or a speaker

If you join the discord server at the start time then I will talk you through how to join the CoraQuest game
