THRIVE is back! Two Saturdays of movement, 8th November / 15th November flow and community vibes. Join us for Core 360 spciy double weekend!

I’ve decided to throw not one, but two epic Saturday events on November 8th and 15th!

Part 1 kicks off with Reformer Sculpt and Spring Sculpt—40 minutes each, and your ticket gives you access to both classes.

Part 2 spices things up with Strength Full Body to push your limits, followed by Hot Sculpt Flow to sweat, stretch, and unwind.

Two Saturdays, four classes, one vibrant community experience—don’t miss it!

Springs Sculpt Group 2

Inspired by the springs used in classical Pilates apparatus without the apparatus. Attached to the walls, the springs add versatility to the world of fitness. Workouts range from dynamic and cardiovascular, to slow and controlled. Body by Lara’s multidimensional exercise method integrates movement from dance, yoga, swimming, boxing, Pilates and barre choreographed to strengthen and sculpt a strong body. The workouts are accessible to everyone with all body types.
