Description

Join our core conditioning class, which focusses on functionality rather than endless sit-ups.

Using bodyweight exercises including crawls, planks, torso twists and more, our new instructors will help you achieve deep core activation leaving you feeling strong and invigorated with a tight and stable stomach. This class is suitable for all abilities.

This class will run on each alternate Thursday, to really amp up your fitness programme, why not join our Lower Body & Posterior Chain Conditioning class, which will take place on the Thursdays in between? Find out more here.

Please note these classes are open exclusively to those who work in our buildings at Broadgate only.

Please note:

  • Any equipment used will be provided by us
  • We recommend to bring a full bottle of water with you
  • There are shower / changing facilities at the rear of The Space | 3FA, although these are limited
