Core Conditioning Class

Expect core activation / awareness and core strengthening exercises and a little ab conditioning and stretching. This training is very effective and you will be taught how to do the exercises correctly.
Exercises you find too challenging will be broken down into progressions and not simply made easier, so you will progress and get stronger.
If you are not used to this type of exercise, expect a little muscle soreness 24 - 48 hours after.
Classes will be weekly, subject to me being able to secure a training studio.
