“Stillness isn’t absence –it’s a container for transformation”

What You’ll Learn

Core Principles and TechniquesGain a solid grounding in the theory and practice of Core Process Craniosacral Therapy:

  • Inherent Health & Breath of Life Understand the body’s natural blueprint for health and the guiding intelligence that restores balance and vitality.
  • Primary Respiration Discover the subtle rhythmic forces underlying all life processes, and how to perceive them to access deeper layers of healing.
  • Perceiving the Rhythms of the Body Learn to feel and interpret subtle tides such as the Mid-Tide, Long-Tide, Still Points, and Levels of Stillness—moments when the body pauses and reorganises, making them powerful gateways for healing and integration.
  • Transverse Diaphragms Work with key anatomical elements—like the thoracic inlet, respiratory diaphragm, and pelvic bowl—where emotional and structural imprints are held, and where release can lead to whole-body shifts.
  • Hands-on Practice Develop finely tuned palpation skills and apply clinically grounded, gentle touch techniques. Support emotional processing and physical rebalancing—without imposing a “diagnose and fix” model.
  • History & Contemporary Craniosacral Concepts Explore the evolution of the work and the latest insights in biodynamic craniosacral therapy.
