IMPORTANT : Booking your child to the event, is a confirmtion you have read the Guardian/Parent code of conduct shared alongside this link.
Requirements: Appropriate active wear, a water bottle, and a hair band for participants with long hair.
Note:
- Completing this form does not guarantee a space; you will be contacted with a "Confirmation of Booking" email confirming your spot should your booking be successful.
- All participants MUST book before attending the session.
- Priority is on a first-come basis and previous participants of the Team, as we are continuing with the team.
- Please only book 1 Ticket per child, this will cater for the entire block.
- The P3-4 Team will be taking part in the Primary School Football Festival Event @ Harlaw Fields on Saturday mornings. Please note, whilst we would love for everyone to take part every Saturday, we can only take a limited number of players to the festival due to player number requirements, and also since we are only signing up one Team. We would look to alternate players where possible. However, there is no guarantee. Having more volunteers might help manage this challenge. Therefore, we invite you to reach out should you be keen to support the Team.

- In case slots are sold out, ensure to put your details on the Waiting list. We will contact you once a slot becomes available. Priority can be extended to parents/carers who are volunteering.
- We are in great need of volunteers to help support the Team and other clubs. You do not need football knowledge or specialist experience since you will be supported by the main coach. Basic training will be provided.
