About this Event
The Covid-19 epidemic has been a severe test for the European Union as well as for its member states: a test in which European cooperation initially was found wanting. What have been the stresses and strains caused by the pandemic on the EU and the member states; and has the European Commission caught up since with its economic recovery package? This seminar is organised jointly with UCL’s European Institute.
