Corporate Approach to Volunteering - Advice Shop

West Lothian Council now has a corporate approach for volunteering, designed to ensure that volunteers are offered enjoyable and rewarding roles, and are recruited, trained and supported in a consistent way.

This briefing session will go over the benefits of volunteering to both the service and the volunteers, with input from some of our existing volunteers. We will look at the comprehensive toolkit and resources that have been developed to make taking on volunteers a more simple and effective process, and talk about how to go about starting to recruiting volunteers.
