Corporate approaches to sustainability and responsibility
Monday, November 19, 2012 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (GMT)
San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
The Essex Sustainability Institute and Essex Business School are delighted to invite you to a half-day workshop focused on discussing corporate approaches to sustainability and responsibility.
As Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability have become mainstream business and management matters, some critics wonder whether these have become hollow concepts or simply marketing exercises.
Our two high-profile speakers, both with extensive experience in the corporate world, will share their reflections on whether small, medium-sized and big companies can contribute to solving the environmental and social challenges the planet currently faces.
Professor Steffen Boehm, Essex Sustainability Institute
