Description

Our Management Buyout (MBO) seminar is perfect if:

  • you are an owner looking to exit your business but worried about talking to trade buyers, or
  • you are a manager who would relish the opportunity to own the business you work in.

This seminar will de-mystify the MBO process and give you the candid views of a bank, venture capitalist and a lawyer on what works and what does not for any potential MBO. Why not find out whether an MBO will work for you?
