The ICSA Bailiwick of Guernsey Branch presents the second seminar of its 2014 CPD programme on changes to the UK Code of Corporate Governance and AIC Corporate Governance Code which came into force on 1 October 2013, and the associated listing rule changes.
Branch Vice-Chair, Sara Bourne will present this session together with Steph Coxon of PwC. Steph will be giving the auditor's perspective on how these developments have been implemented by companies to date, and will focus on areas for improvement.
This lunchtime seminar will be presented in the Harry Bound Room at Les Cotils on Wednesday 26 February 2014 at 12.30pm.
Refreshments and buffet will be served from 12.15pm.
This seminar is accredited by ICSA for 1 hour CPD and certificates are available upon request when booking.
ICSA members, students and non-members are all welcome. This seminar is intended to be relevant to company secretaries, administrators and accountants through to directors from all sectors of the Island's finance sector, particularly those dealing with UK listed entities.
