Event description
Critical in this challenging time, is the ability to anticipate change and build resilience for the future in your business and investment

About this Event

We are pleased to be part of the Henley Business Angels pitch event.

As this is an investor pitch event for financial regulatory reasons we do need cover a bit of admin. The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA 2000) requires a private investor to self-certify as either a ‘high net worth individual’ or a ‘sophisticated investor’ in order to receive investment proposals such as will be the case when you join HBA.

Self-certification is straightforward and requires private investors to declare they are either a ‘high net worth individual’ or a ‘sophisticated investor’. We will therefore pass your interest in attending to HBA to do the registration.

Sarah Fisher, Venture Builder and Investor, for Johnson & Johnson and Head of the healthcare arm of the international venture club.

We will be discussing the reasons corporates want to partner and invest in start ups, how the parties can bet engage and the pit falls to watch for. Sarah will also be outlining the themes of interest that J&J is partnering for health impact outcomes.

Join us to hear our perspectives and then join the discussion with your peers.
