Your Journey Begins Here At My Gong Studio

Your Healing and Spiritual Journey starts at 7pm. Fasten your seat belts and prepare to enjoy the experience. There will be either hematite or Jet crystals to place beside your feet, with either Lapis Lazuli or Amathyst over your third eye, and Rose Quartz for your heart chakra as well as some Selenite and or clear Quartz for your hands as well as to place above your head. Once you are comfortable and settled Micheal will give a brief introduction and set the intention, for you all to connect with the Universe.
With your eyes closed Micheal will begin playing the koshi Air chimes, as he guides you with Deep double belly breathing which uses a long deep breath in, quickly followed by a short sharp breath, a short pause then by a long deep breath out. This will remove more C02 (Carbon Dioxide) from your body than any other breathing method, together with any stale stagnant negative energy that has been trapped in your body. This method is also more effective in lowering stress, anxiety and tension, as well as your blood pressure and providing more relaxation for your body.
The crystals you will be holding, and have around you have all been Reikied so you will receive both Crystal and Reiki healing energy. These will also work to raise your Vibration for the duration of the session.
Micheal's first guided meditation will be Qigongs Healing Smile, which will send healing energy directly into your lungs, heart, before directing it into your third eye, and crown chakra.
Micheal plays the Native American Rattle, as he takes you on your second guided meditation to ground you in mother Earth before before, connecting you to the Universe.
Micheal will then guide you on your inner journey to connect with your higher self. as he slowly transitions to his Shamanic Drum, quietly at first, before picking up pace with a rhythmic beat.
Micheal will ask you to concentrate on the sound of the drum, while giving some positive suggestions for you to repeat, and your brainwaves will slow even further, taking you beyond Alpha into Theta ,while having a direct positive effect on the vagus nerve causing your parasympathetic nervous system to relax the bodies main organs.
As the haunting sounds of the Shamanic Drum slowly subside Micheal's Ocean Drum takes over, quietly at first as it recreates the sound of the ocean surf as it crashing onto the beach and rocks. These soothing sounds will gradually become more and more intense as it washes over and through you ,clearing energy blockages and restoring balance and harmony as you continue with your journey.

Higher Vibrations will helps negative energy in your body to continue to collapse, and fall away, initiatiating your body to begin healing itself. The high vibration of your body helps connect you to the universe, where altered states of consciousness become further expanded as well as offering a Psycho Acoustic gateway to an experience like no other.
Your levels of calm and relaxation will continue to soothe your Cental and Vagus nervous systems, strengthening your immune and energy systems and releasing a host of hormones to make you feel good.
As our journey continues profound levels of peace and calmness as well as unconditional, absolute love can flow through and around us, reaching right into our heart.
Many will feel that time itself can become distorted where the session feels shorter or longer, eventually your journey comes to an end, as the beat of the Drum falls silent. This is not an empty silence however, it is a sacred silence, created by the Instruments, as they fade away, leaving the Gong Space full of intense profound healing power.
Many people find this part of the session the most powerful and Micheal will give you time to absorb this energy as you slowly return to Earth.
As you slowly come back down to Earth, your body will be waiting for you, and it will feel Less Stressed, more Balanced, Uplifted & Energised. Most people say they feel lighter, & happier, having Sensed & Felt the Warmth and Love of the Universe.
