This exciting study day provides delegates with a wide variety of presentations and workshops around the theme of Occupational Potential. Leading speakers from across the Northern and Yorkshire region will present research and best practice on realising occupational potential for yourself and your clients.

Keynote speakers include:

Angela Murphy, Senior Lecturer, Leeds Beckett University - Occupational Potential and Possible Selves of Healthcare Students with Dyslexia: A narrative Inquiry.

Dr Maria Quinn, AHP Lead, Northumbria Tyne & Wear NHS Foundation Trust - Lived Experience of Occupational Therapists in Child Mental Health.

Topics include - working with visual impairments; personality disorder; discharge planning in neurology; sensory potential; the use of MOHOST in forensic services; revisiting activity analysis; independent living and active wellbeing; leadership potential; resilience; the use of the Goal Attainment Scale (GAS) - light; and an update on the Plymouth case study research project.

Delegates will also get the chance to network with like minded peers and find out more about weekly twitter chat #OTalk and the work of the COT regional groups.
