Overview

Beginners running programme building up over 10 weeks to running continuously for 30 minutes or 5K. Meet at the Activity Centre.

No running experience needed. We will follow the One You Couch to 5K programme, there is an app for it that can be downloaded to follow along too. This is a 10 week running programme, please only sign up if you know you can commit to attending most of the weeks as we are at limited numbers still. The dates the programme will run are:

• Week 1 - Saturday 11th October 2025 (9:30 - 10:15)

• Week 2 - Saturday 18th October 2025 (9:30 - 10:15)

• Week 3 - Saturday 25th October 2025 (9:30 - 10:15)

• Week 4 - Saturday 1st November 2025 (9:30 - 10:15)

• Week 5 - Saturday 8th November 2025 (9:30 - 10:15)

• Week 6 - Saturday 15th November 2025 (9:30 - 10:15)

• Week 7 - Saturday 22nd November 2025 (9:30 - 10:15)

• Week 8 - Saturday 29th November 2025 (9:30 - 10:15)

• Week 9 - Saturday 6th December 2025 (9:30 - 10:15)

• Optional Week 10 - Saturday 13th December 2025. Join your run leaders and other C25K park groups in Dudley for the Dudley Park Run at The Dell Stadium following the final week 9 session. A great way to complete the programme!
