Couch to 10 Miles – 4-Week Cycling Programme
Our Couch to 10 Miles programme runs over 4 weeks and is designed for adults who want to grow cycling confidence gradually and enjoyably. Each week builds your stamina and skills so that by the end, you can comfortably ride 10 miles.
📅 Dates & times:
- 🚲 Week 1 – Sat 25 October, 10:00–11:00 – gentle introduction, skills and confidence
- 🚲 Week 2 – Sat 1 November, 10:00–12:00 – building distance, practising skills
- 🚲 Week 3 – Sat 8 November, 10:00–12:00 – building distance, practising skills
- 🚲 Week 4 – Sat 15 November, 10:00–13:00 – longer ride incorporating all skills learned
✨ How it works:
- Participants are encouraged to attend all 4 sessions for the best experience.
- If you can’t make every week, please let us know in advance.
- Booking for this programme is essential. If you can’t make it, please cancel your place so someone else can join.
💡 Extra support available:
