Couch To 5k with Jenni Whittaker

Join Jenni on a 10 week journey from Couch to 5k.

Starting on the 4th of September, join us every Thursday at 5:45pm - 7pm.

Graduation will see us all running the Keswick Parkrun together on November 8th!

Through guidance, new friends and accountability, you'll find it easier to stick to your goals and cross that finish line.

Jenni is a Level 3 personal trainer, run leader, and local runner.

With her friendly support and the motivation of other runners, you’ll soon love to run!

The course costs £7, with all proceeds going to the Alpkit Foundation, to help more poeple get outdoors.
