If you’ve wanted to try cold plunging but didn’t know where to start, this is your chance to do it from the comfort of your own home.

If you’ve wanted to try cold plunging but felt unsure, nervous, or didn’t know where to start, this is your chance to do something you never thought you could - with guidance, community, and a clear path that actually makes it doable.

Over eight days, you’ll move through a steady progression that strengthens your breath, your nervous system, and your inner power so you can finish the week plunging in cold water for multiple minutes… calm, present, and standing in the power of what you just did.

What you’ll do

  • Take on one simple challenge each day
  • Train your body and mind through gradual exposure
  • Work up to a full cold plunge by the end of the week
  • Learn to regulate your breath, stay focused, and find power in discomfort

How it works

  • Days 1–6: All practices can be done at home (sink, shower, or bath)
  • Day 7: Full cold plunge - ocean, lake, river, or an ice-cold bath
  • Day 8: Celebration - no cold required
  • Optional: Join the daily live check-in + share your progress in the forum
  • Daily posts: Each challenge will be shared in the Couch to Cold Plunge Challenge Space.
