COUGH, ASTHMA and LOW IMMUNITY? DISCOVER HOW CHINESE MEDICINE CAN HELP
I warmly invite you to an engaging afternoon where we’ll look at how Chinese Medicine supports the lungs and immunity, especially during autumn.
In Chinese Medicine, autumn is linked to the Metal element, which governs the Lungs and the Large Intestine. When this element is out of balance, it often shows up as coughs, asthma flare-ups, sore throats, lingering colds and flu, dry skin, constipation, or even sadness and grief.
During our time together, I will share:
- Supportive Chinese herbs for lung health and immunity
- Essential acupuncture points to boost energy and prevent illness
- Gentle breathing exercises you can practise at home
- Simple herbal tea recipes you can prepare with everyday herbs to protect your lungs through the colder months
My aim is to create a warm and welcoming space, where you feel comfortable, inspired, and leave with practical tools to take care of yourself this autumn and beyond.
