Join us for a 10-week, interactive online course designed to introduce you to the core skills and concepts of counselling, with a focus on psychodynamic theory. Whether you're curious about a career in counselling or looking to develop deeper self-awareness and listening skills, this course offers a powerful and engaging introduction.

• When: Thursdays, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM (UK time)
• Course dates: 25 Sept – 4 Dec 2025 (1-week break at half term)
• Where: Online via Zoom
• Cost: Ticket covers the full 10-week course
• Certificate of Attendance awarded with minimum 80% attendance
• No prior experience required — open to all adults 18+
