At this meeting COUNTER Board of Directors reports to our members, and it is also an opportunity for our members to ask question of Directors. We will be telling you about the next release of the Counter Code of Practice, our work on open access metrics and our review of the COUNTER audit process. This year our guest speaker is John McDonald, Director of Product Management at EBSCO. He will be speaking about using COUNTER data in library decision making.
