Course Aim:
∙ Pick up and transport a loaded pallet from various heights within a racking system, negotiating the chicane (laden and unladen) and depositing the loaded pallet back at various heights within the racking system
Objectives:
∙ Pick up a loaded pallet within the racking system at various heights ∙ Deposit a loaded pallet within the racking system at various heights

Make trainees safe by positioning them where they can both see and hear the demonstrations
∙ Undercutting procedures and its uses
∙ Explain and demonstrate procedures for lifting a pallet from eye level ∙ Explain and demonstrate procedures for lifting a pallet from high level
∙ Explain and demonstrate procedures for depositing a pallet at eye level
∙ Explain and demonstrate procedures for depositing a pallet at high level
∙ Trainees need time to practice these procedures (under close supervision)
