In each of us there is a young child. If you had experienced any trauma as a child you need to protect and defend yourselves against future sufferings. It is necessary to own and honour the child who we were in order to love the person we are. The only way to do that is to own that child’s experience, honour that child’s feelings, and release the emotional grief energy that we are still carrying around. We can do that by working on developing a relationship with those wounded parts of us. The first step is to open a dialog. I believe that it is important to actually talk to the child inside of us. 7. Understanding your personality :
The four temperament theory
2 hour workshop.
The four temperament theory is a proto-psychological theory which suggests that there are four fundamental personality types: sanguine, choleric, melancholic, and phlegmatic.
The origins of this typology belong to Graeco-Arabic medicine, where it was successfully used to treat illnesses. In fact, it is still used today by practitioners of traditional medicine around the world.
Humorism, an ancient medical concept, is at the heart of this typology. Humors here refer to fluids that are present within one’s body.
Different people have different proportions of these fluids; the predominance of one fluid defines one’s temperament and psychological type.
We can tone our emotions with our diet. Come to explore different way to control your emotions. We explore western and eastern philosophies, it such a rich webinar.
8. Limiting Believes:
2 Hours webinar
We make meanings from the world from our child hood from the people who parents us, these perceptions then become the beliefs by which we live. The problem arises when we carry limiting beliefs into our adulthood.
How Beliefs Can Block You?
Illness or emotional challenges often arise after we’ve been living in a way that’s not true to who we are.
Are you in a relationship which is not healthy?
Do you have a pattern of feeling worse the more you try to feel better?
Have you tried everything and nothing is working?
Do you begin to improve and then suddenly get worse emotionally or physically?
Do you attract the wrong friends or partners?
Do you struggle with a pattern of self-sabotage, even finding it difficult to help yourself?
Are you doing a job which you hate?.
Do you put every one first?
Then your limiting beliefs are getting in your way of becoming your true self. Your subconscious mind might be blocking you from your healing ability through limiting beliefs, because it believes the change is not good for you.
Limiting beliefs work like this:
1. They create a tainted lens through which we start to see our lives and ourselves, skewing our perceptions.
2. This lens keeps us stuck in life-limiting thoughts and patterns.
3. Believing these limits, we continue to live within the confines of them, further fulfilling that limiting belief, which helps create our reality.
4. The limiting beliefs then create a pattern of self-sabotage.
In this workshop you will start to learn about your limiting beliefs, and it is important not to judge yourself for them. In this process, you’ll be discovering blocks you never thought of, giving you the opportunity to work on things you never knew existed, taking new directions and getting results you’ve never gotten. The process will help to slowly release all the subconscious reasons that your body, mind, and spirit have to not heal
Techniques to help the process:
Clearing Technique 1: The Sweep
Clearing Technique 2: Chakra Tapping
Clearing Technique 3: EFT
Counselling Tutorial Academy.
