We love our man/women, but sometimes we cannot understand them, and we resent them because they cannot understand us.

Being in a loving relationship in this big city, with so much work, stress and noise, can be very difficult. Sometimes we need to make time to just be, to be fully present and to give our attention to the one we love.

Couples circles are a moment to make this halting of time and breathing together to find connection, and love within ourselves and towards our loved one.

The work is done with very small groups, through meditation, sharing, setting intentions and connection exercises in the couple.
