Overview

Couples Work: Through the Lens of The Penny Model Workshop with Stefan Charidge

I believe that couples and family work is about supporting two or more people to feel heard and understood.

When this doesn’t happen, we experience rupture, conflict, and isolation.

Therapy helps people speak the unspoken and express the unexpressed, building deeper intimacy — IN-TO-ME-SEE.

At the heart of this work lies fear, often rooted in historical trauma or limiting beliefs that have been hidden, denied, or suppressed.

This session and these tools support you in resolving differences and ruptures by helping clients own and share the core emotion of sadness — the emotional space where grief, addictions, depression, and love reside — through the exploration and ownership of all core emotions.

We all want to connect, but fear, introjects, and limiting beliefs can block that connection, often leading to the very rupture or separation we wish to avoid.

You will gain two main sets of tools to help with these dynamics — at home, at work, and in the therapy room.

Please watch this video before the session. It will help support the session. https://shorturl.at/cWy5Y
