Maybe your experiences of marginalisation ; through race, class, gender, queerness, neurodivergence, disability, or trauma, taught you to stay silent, to shrink, or to make yourself more palatable in order to belong.
Maybe you do speak often, but still feel like your words don’t quite land — like something is getting lost between what you feel and what you say. Perhaps your body tenses, your throat tightens, or your breath disappears the moment you’re invited to be seen.

Courageous Communication is a not just a workshop, it's a reclamation. A return to the parts of you that learned to stay quiet. It is a loving invitation to bring your voice forward, fully and freely, in your own time and way in the support of community.

This is a body-led journey to explore what’s been standing in the way of your voice — and to begin meeting it with compassion, curiosity, and courage. You’ll learn how to:

Build embodied confidence rooted in presence and self-trust — not performance or perfection.
Befriend your nervous system and stay grounded when your voice feels shaky or exposed.
Speak from truth, not fear — even when your words are still forming, even when emotions rise.
