Description

Learning to be kind to yourself doesn't have to be difficult! Spend a day at lovely Oak Tree Barn, soaking up relaxation and beautiful surroundings, as I introduce you to the concepts of Self Compassion. This is a one-day experiential workshop, where you will have space to explore and experience the benefits of being proactively kind to yourself. The techniques are simple, but I've found Mindful Self Compassion is so easy to implement that this practice keeps me well, energetic, motivated and courageous.

This workshop is a wonderful way to pause and recharge your batteries. You will be provided with delicious lunch and refreshments, in comfortable surroundings, and leave feeling nurtured and rejuvinated. Give yourself this time - you deserve it! Our host at Oak Tree Barn, Vanessa, ensures that we are comfortable and refreshed, whilst your course leader Nicola will guide you through the day so that you leave feeling empowered to better support yourself. (Maximum 8 participants).
