Andover and Salisbury Group
6 pm for 6.30 pm start
With the use of actors who will role play various scenarios, the Conflict Masters team of Alison Bennet and Sarah Crayford Brown and will take participants through the process of having that 'courageous conversation'. This is the conversation about what is working well and what is not, and other difficult areas that managers need to communicate about with their staff. The session will also address bereavement in the work place and how to communicate organisational policy at a time of personal difficulty in order to balance the needs of the individual with that of the business.
The session will be interactive, with participation and group discussion at each phase. This is a safe learning environment in which those present can address this sensitive subject, learning at the same time as receiving support and advice.
There will be opportunities for professional networking before and after the event.
Alison Bennet and Sarah Crayford Brown, the Conflict Masters Partners, are both experienced in the complexities of workplace HR issues and bring together their combined expertise in the design and facilitation of their events.
Conflict Masters work with organisations where conflict is getting in the way of productivity and damaging working relationships. They know that tackling important people issues at an early stage can make a huge difference, and equip staff with the skills and confidence to do this. They also help organisations to identify the causes of conflict and develop the skills to resolve it and stop it escalating in the future.
