An Introductory Workshop for HR Directors, People Managers, Learning and Development professionals. Part of a series of Diversity and Inclusion workshops.

Developing Effective Strategies for Courageous Conversations that lead to real progress and results.

Having a Courageous Conversation takes preparation, confidence and skill. The aim of this workshop is to support managers and leaders at any level to advance their ability in having effective, straight forward conversations.

The programme is designed to be challenging and interactive to equip participants with both the skills and the confidence they need to have courageous conversations with their staff/teams – conversations which will enhance company culture as well as dramatically improve the performance of their teams and organisations - reaping bottom line benefits.

To build confidence & competence in the area of ‘Courageous Conversations’ empowering each participant to take positive steps forward in effectively tackling a difficult conversation in their workplace - in particular where there are cultural insensitiveness, conversations that have been avoided, conflict and conversations dreaded for fear of it all going badly.

We invite you to come along to this interactive workshop, offer your input, thoughts, insights and experiences as you learn and develop enhanced skills around courageous conversations for your benefit and for enhanced company culture.

Pre – course action for each participant

Please come prepared with a ‘difficult conversation’ that you are currently facing especially one that you are avoiding. Ideally this will be related to your work role but may be a personal one, if you do not have an appropriate example you can share.

As part of interaction and engagement of the workshop, you will be asked to share this with one or two others on the workshop as the basis for some of the learning.


Standard Rate (organisationally sponsored): £250 + VAT (plus booking fee)

Self-Sponsored/ Sole Traders/ Education/ Third sector: £150+ VAT (plus booking fee)
