Areas that we will cover include:
- Preparing for a challenging meeting
- Setting the appropriate tone
- The challenges of meeting online
- Coaching techniques
- Effective questioning.
- Active listening
- Assertiveness
- Body Language
- Voice
This online workshop for Zoom has been designed to help those who occasionally have to have challenging conversations with those they manage.
We found Talking Shop Training via their public webinar sessions, attending ‘how to have courageous conversations’. Their approach was refreshing, engaging and learner led which we then explored to develop some specific in-house workshops (with content around communication and empathy). I would have no hesitation in recommending Talking Shop Training to any of my internal or external L&D colleagues to use their existing public workshops or develop learning tailored to an organisational needs.
