Courageous Leaders 2019

This event was created in partnership between charity Plan International UK and the Niru Foundation https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/nilema-bhakta-jones.

The mission is two-fold one to help women find "the courageous leader in themselves" and 2. help fund an education project for girls in Africa.

The one-day conference gives you an opportunity to listen and learn from twelve international leaders. Meet women and men who have negotiated, navigated, and emerged as courageous leaders. Amongst the line-up, you will hear from CEOs, entrepreneur founders, mentors and coaches. We want you to invest in yourself, take the learning to propel your career. Feel good by attending as 100% of your entry fee (a voluntary donation of #£70) will go to fund an education project for girls run by Plan International UK charity. The project helps girls in Africa back into full-time secondary education. You will help fund the next generation of women leaders. None but this is suited to professionals or those seeking management and executive leadership progression.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There are London Transport tube stations and buses close to CityPoint. The closest is Moorgate accessible by Northern Line and overground stations. It is walkable from Barbican, Liverpool Street and St Paul's station - all within 10-15mins walking distance.

What's the refund policy?
As this is a donation to charity, your donation is non-refundable.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, as long as you have photoID such as a work pass, driver's license or other identification.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes, please notify us in advance.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Yes, ideally, you should notify us for security reasons.
