Welcome Week - Court Yard Fitness HIIT

Bringing fitness to you! High Intensity Interval Training combines intense bouts of exercise with short recovery periods. Focus on endurance, strength, power or a combination of everything. Torch maximum calories in a minimum amount of time!

Discover something new in your first week, or as a returning student!

Everyone is welcome but spaces are limited, so be sure to register via Eventbrite and book your place.
