This Embellishment Introduction workshop will show you how to sew with various beads , sequins , pearls etc & how to decorate textiles that are used in couture , bridal wear , evening wear , lingerie or any luxury textiles.
This workshop is open to all sewing levels even if you do'nt have any sewing experience.
Learn how to create stunning fabric surfaces using traditional couture sewing techniques, including:
-difference between beads & sequins - what they are used for best
-how to attach various sequins types
-how to attach various bead types
- how to attach those on various surfaces
- how to secure stitching on difficult surfaces such as lace / mesh etc
-how to create motives
-how to create 3D beaded designs
in easy steps
This Workshop will guide you in the person how to create beautiful fabric surface decorations, that can be used on garments , lingerie or any other luxury textiles such as bags , cushions etc.
If you do have something particular that you like to embellish, you can bring that along to this class.
Otherwise you can choose from plenty of fabrics in the classroom and various beads etc.
