This first official gathering of Coven & Co is a sacred circle for women leaders straddling the mystical and the managerial, those shaping culture in organisations, coaching spaces, HR, L&D, leadership and healing... while quietly tending to an inner world that doesn’t fit the usual frameworks.
We’re no longer returning. We’re re-rooting. From the initial spark of Return of the Corporate Witch, this gathering marks our shift from awakening to embodiment.

Your Hosts
Michelle Minnikin is a psychologist, sacred systems witch, and transformational guide. Blending ritual arts with psychological depth, she helps people break free from social conditioning and reclaim their inner sovereignty. Her work weaves structure and soul, intuition and insight, creating powerful frameworks for liberation and embodied change.
Alexandra Galviz is a leadership trainer, storyteller, and poetic provocateur. Rooted in story, soul and strategy, she invites people to strip back the performance and lead from their wild, unedited selves. Her work bridges the practical and the mystical, helping others rewrite the scripts they've outgrown.
