Can I change the date of my booking?

If you are no longer able to make your tour please contact info@cbsarena.co.uk at least two working days before your scheduled tour. Changes will be made subject to availability but it will not be possible to rearrange your tour on the day.

I am interested in booking for a group; are there any discounts or special offers available?

If you would like to book for a school group, charity or association we offer these on a private tour basis. Please contact info@cbsarena.co.uk and we will discuss further.

Question 4

What time do I need to arrive for my tour and where should I go?

Accepted Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your tour and park in Car Park A for your rendezvous point at GATE 9. This is located close to the memorial garden at the venue and will be sign posted.

What do I do when I have arrived?

Accepted Answer

Register and collect your tour passes from our team at Gate 9. You can then take a seat inside of the concourse whilst waiting for the tour to start. Arrival refreshments will be available. If you arrive late for your tour, you may NOT be able to be added on to your tour in the stadium.

Are there any restrictions to what I can bring into the venue?

For security reasons you may not bring any large bags into the venue, (no larger than an A4 envelope) and bags may be searched by security on entry.  We do not allow footballs to be bought into the arena - please do not bring these on a tour with you.

How long does the tour usually take?

The tour duration is approximately 90 minutes

Is there anywhere I can store my belongings while on a tour?

Accepted Answer

We do not have storage facilities or lockers available on-site. You will need to keep all personal belongings with you.

Question 9

Can I take photo's and videos on my tour?

Accepted Answer

You are very welcome to take as many pictures and short videos as you like in all areas except for the press conference room. We ask that you don’t live stream, and are mindful of other visitors at all times, particularly any young persons on the tour.

Can prams be taken on the tour?

Due to the number of stairs on the route we advise not to and can arrange for these to be left in a safe place. If pram usage is required while on the stadium tour, please contact info@cbsarena.co.uk to advise so we can work a best route.

I am a wheelchair user - is the tour route accessible?

The tour route is accessible but please do let the team know in advance of your requirements so we can best assist

I am blind or partially sighted - do you offer assistance around the route

The tour route is accessible but please do let the team know in advance of your requirements so we can best assist. If you require a dedicated person to assist in guidance around the venue please let us know.

Question 13

I am hearing impaired, how can I experience the stadium tour?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer a BSL signed experience/multi-media guides signed in BSL and apologise that these tours are not yet accessible for everyone. We will be looking to increase our inclusivity in our future events.
