Event description

Description

Heart of England Training are pleased to announce that we will be holding a free seminar for Midland based schools on how to maximise their apprenticeship training either by utilising apprenticeship levy funds or by recieving 90% towards the cost of training under the new reforms system. We recently held a similar event for Warwickshire's maintained schools and due to increasing demand we are now offering this service to all schools across the East and West Midlands.

With our long history of providing high quality training into schools and matrix standard accreditation we are offering impartial advice on how to work with us and local authorities to get the most either out of the existing levy budget or by receiving 90% towards the cost of training through the new reforms system.

Louise Ward, Coventry City Council's Apprenticeship Levy & Development Co-ordinator will open the event with an overview on apprenticeships available to local schools and how to utilise available funding to their advantage. She will also use the opportunity highlight the impact of the recently introduced Baker Clause going forward.

Liam O'Connor, Lead IQA and Riv Monsell, Business Development Advisor at Heart of England Training will outline opportunities with Heart of England Training including how to get the best value from the Sports Premium and will highlight the key points from the Apprenticeship Reforms as well as setting up systems to simplify the process.

The event will close with a Q&A session and networking opportunity. There will be delegate packs with information to take away and refreshments will be provided.
