COVID-19 - Leadership & Management Across Crisis

In just a few weeks, organisations and workplaces have had to radically change how and where they work. COVID-19 is a fast-moving crisis that has required leaders to rapidly adjust to their environment, protect cashflow and make difficult choices all whilst facing the challenges of remotely managing teams and employees.

This Webinar will focus on the key principles, behaviours and factors which leaders, managers and team members need to consider in this new context to ensure team and organisational resilience including:

  • Effective leadership planning and communication in an uncertain environment
  • Planning across a prolonged crisis
  • Planning for recovery and the ‘new normal’
  • Managing remote teams effectively and productively
  • Driving a strong team culture online
  • Supporting team wellbeing and motivation
  • Maintaining effective employee engagement and communication

Join us to hear practical insights and advice from our speakers on how leaders and managers can navigate this crisis and build more resilient teams and organisations for the future.
