The Ideas Series was organised to explore environmental solutions coming out of he current COVID-19 pandemic. There were three themes that were explored through the series which where: managing pathogens in the environment; greening the recovery; and healthy people, healthy places. The people that attended the Series were from a range of backgrounds including academia, industry and policy all of whom brought some great ideas to the table creating some brilliant discussion around environmental solutions within the thematic domains.
NERC are now hosting a virtual event where we will be sharing the outputs of the ideas series as well as hosting an engaging panel discussion. During the event you will also have the opportunity to submit your own questions about environmental solutions in a post-pandemic world to our panel.
The first part of the Ideas Series received really positive feedback form those that attended, and we hope that you can join us for this event to discuss the outputs more.
