Gweithdy cyfathrebu brechlyn COVID-19 ar gyfer y sector gwirfoddol

Sut gall y sector gwirfoddol gefnogi’r rhaglen frechlyn drwy gyfathrebiadau.

Cynnwys

Gyda’r rhaglen frechlyn nawr ar waith, bydd mudiadau gwirfoddol yn chwarae rhan allweddol yn y gwaith o rannu gwybodaeth hanfodol am y brechlyn a sut mae’n cael ei ddosbarthu yma yng Nghymru. Gan fod mudiadau gwirfoddol yn lleisiau y gellir ymddiried ynddynt ac yn gweithio mor agos â chymunedau a grwpiau penodol sydd angen eu blaenoriaethu i dderbyn y brechlyn, gallan nhw helpu i gyflwyno gwybodaeth i unigolion a chymunedau a allai fod yn anoddach eu cyrraedd fel arall.

Yn y digwyddiad rhyngweithiol hwn, byddwn yn clywed gan swyddogion cyfathrebu a chynllunio Llywodraeth Cymru wrth iddyn nhw egluro lle mae’r rhaglen wedi cyrraedd hyd yma a’r cynlluniau sydd ar droed ar gyfer y misoedd i ddod.

Bydd hyn yn cael ei ddilyn gan gyflwyniad ar sut y caiff brechlynnau eu datblygu gan Darius Hughes, Cadeirydd ABPI Vaccines Group a Phennaeth Pfizer Vaccines UK. Mae’r ABPI Vaccine Group yn cynrychioli’r rhan helaeth o gwmnïau sy’n gwneud gwaith ymchwil ar frechlynnau, yn eu datblygu ac yn eu cyflenwi i’w defnyddio yn rhaglenni imiwneiddio cenedlaethol y DU.

Byddwn ni wedyn yn defnyddio rhan olaf y digwyddiad hwn i gynnal sesiwn holi ac ateb, lle byddwn ni’n gofyn i fudiadau gwirfoddol am farn ac ymateb eu defnyddwyr gwasanaethau a’u cymunedau i’r rhaglen frechlyn hyd yma, ac yn ateb unrhyw gwestiynau y gallai fod gennych ynghylch y rhaglen a datblygu’r brechlyn.

COVID-19 vaccine communications workshop for the voluntary sector

How the voluntary sector can support the vaccine programme through communications.

With the vaccine programme now underway, voluntary organisations will play a key role in sharing vital information about the vaccine and how it is being deployed here in Wales. As trusted voices who work so closely with communities and specific groups who need to be prioritised in receiving the vaccine, voluntary organisations can help to provide information to individuals and communities who otherwise may be harder to reach.

In this interactive event, we will hear from Welsh Government communications and planning officials about where the programme has reached to date and plans for the coming months.

Followed by a presentation on how vaccines are developed from Darius Hughes, Chair of the ABPI Vaccines Group and Head of Pfizer Vaccines UK. The ABPI Vaccine Group represents the majority of the companies that research, develop and supply vaccines for use in the UK's national immunisation programmes.

We will then open the final part of this event up for a Q&A session, where we will be asking voluntary organisations for insight from their service users and communities on reaction to the vaccine programme so far and to answer any questions you may have about the programme and vaccine development.
