Frequently asked questions

Do I need to RSVP?

Yes. An RSVP is required to attend. We have limited spots available each Wednesday.

How many times can I join?

Guests can attend up to two coworking days during the summer (July–August 2025).

Can I bring a guest with me?

Each RSVP admits one person. If you’d like to bring someone, they must RSVP separately. Share the link!

What hours can I use the space?

Our doors are open for this initiative from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Wednesdays.

What do I need to bring?

Just show your confirmation at the front desk. Bring your laptop and good energy! We’ll take care of the rest—WiFi, coffee, and great vibes included.

Can I book a meeting room?

Meeting room use isn’t included, but our team can share day-of pricing and availability at the front desk.

Will I have access to Mindspace events?

Yes! You’re welcome to join our community happenings on the day of your visit—like yoga, workshops, happy hours, and more.

Can I come to a different Mindspace location?

Yes. You can attend any US location. RSVP on the respective event page.

What happens if I RSVP and can’t make it?

Please cancel your spot as soon as possible so we can open space for others.

Is parking available?

On-site paid parking. The entrance to the parking lot is located at 1010 13th Street NW. Push for a ticket (or connect with a parking attendant). Depending on the time of day, you can utilize up to four parking levels, subject to tandem parking.
