What is your cancellation policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations 2020 you have a 14-day cooling-off period, if you book on to a course with less than 14 days before the start of the course, you lose your cancellation rights.

Can I transfer my booking?

In the event that you are not able to attend your booked date and if we are informed at least 7 days prior to the course commencing, we will endeavour to transfer your booking once to a new date. If you do not attend the second booked date you will not be entitled to a refund or a further transfer.

Overview

Learn essential first aid and life saving CPR skills so you are ready to help your pet no matter what scrapes they get in.

This CPD Accredited course is ideal for both people who work professionally with pets and pet owners alike. The course is approximately 3 hours long, delivered by an experienced instructor in a relaxed atmosphere with limited numbers.

We will look at your pets vitals, bleeding and bandaging, shock, choking, burns, poisoning, drowning, and much more! You will also be given the opportunity at this course to practice your CPR skills on Casper our manikin dog.

You will be supplied with everything you need for the practical training (this is included in the price of the course).

Following the course you will receive a certificate valid for three years and a downloadable Canine First Aid Handbook.

Tea, coffee and biscuits provided.
