What is your cancellation policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations 2020 you have a 14-day cooling-off period, if you book on to a course with less than 14 days before the start of the course, you lose your cancellation rights.

Can I transfer my booking?

Accepted Answer

In the event that you are not able to attend your booked date and if we are informed at least 7 days prior to the course commencing, we will endeavour to transfer your booking once to a new date. If you do not attend the second booked date you will not be entitled to a refund or a further transfer.
