This motivational, uplifting, and inspiring online training session brings a new and progressive strength-based approach to neurodivergent training. It is approved by the neurodivergent community, and provided by our neurodivergent team here at Kimel Solutions.
This course will benefit HR managers, line and Team leaders , Managers within employment settings. The aim of the session is to provide you with the knowledge and skills to ensure neurodivergent people thrive in your care. It focuses in on the gifts that neurodivergent people bring, the incredible minds that neurodivergent people have, and how best to support and nurture them to give confidence and hope.
In this empowering, uplifting session the course will guide you through neurodiversity , neurotypes, current legislation, communication, the First Step of Positive Workplace Relationships and how to unearth the talent that you may not be seeing.

Have a fool proof strategy to build better relationships with the neurodivergent community , know how to unlock their potential, and help them achieve the very best that they are capable of.
Understand what neurodivergent people actually struggle with - not what others think we struggle with.
Take an acceptance rather than 'awareness'-based approach, and be in a position to offer a real alternative to the outdated traditions that have long restricted and impeded neurodivergent people.
And most of all, appreciate that neurodivergent people are already wonderful and incredible.
