Welcome to the second of our Professional Development series.
The aim of this session is to bring everyone up to date with current equalities & diversity legislation, language and statistics at a national, regional and local level. It will give us a chance to explore different strands of diversity and what it means to us as individuals and organisations. It will give us an opportunity to discuss how issues of diversity and equality feed into the development of the Culture Links programme which we will be looking at in Professional Development Day 3.
The outline of the day is as follows:
