Course title: Mentoring a the New to Teaching Pathway

The course will provide you with:

  • An overview and understanding of the mentoring process in relation to learning and teaching
  • A model for exploring issues and agreeing actions during the mentoring process
  • An understanding of the core skills of effective mentoring
  • A model for engaging in self-reflection to aid action planning for personal development
  • A forum for sharing information, knowledge and ideas with other mentors
