Senior Lecturer in HRM at the Westminster Business School with 28 years work experience in managing change. Nuala trains mentors and prepares mentees as well as coaching senior executives for board management. A CIPD upgrade advisor since 2011 Nuala has coached academics and London Branch members to achieve relevant membership qualifications.
HRBP Digital (Marketing, Fundraising, Communications, Information Technology Services) at Save the Children. I work in HR with over 8 years of experience in HR combining HR, Business Occupational Psychology and research analytics. I worked for Hudson-CIPD member experience assessment for Associate and Chartered Members of the CIPD and mentored HR professionals to achieve membership status corresponding to their experience. Qualifications by experience and studies assessment: PhD, MCIPD, Chartered Psychologist registered with the British Psychological Society and the Health and Care Professions Council.
Yetunde currently works as a recruitment specialist for digital jobs. She has over 20 years experience as a HR professional in the Civil Service covering HR business partner, employee relations, HR policy development, diversity and inclusion among others. She has an MA in Employment Studies and HRM. Yetunde volunteers as the vice-chairperson and membership & CPD adviser for CIPD North London branch.
In this session, the speakers will draw on their experience and focus on how you can use the CIPD resources to keep to keep up date you up to date and support your career. They will guide you through the CIPD HR Professional Map in practice as well as using the myCPDMap for your self assessment and professional development. They will discuss practical tips which you can apply for a successful membership upgrade.
